Kaplan Acquisitions currently targets the general markets in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Minneapolis, Orlando, Raleigh, San Antonio, Seattle, and Washington DC.  Kaplan has developed 22 multi-family projects totaling 5,212 units in Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Mississippi, New Mexico, and Texas.

Through our in-house research, we are able to identify desirable sites and understand their respective submarkets.  The nuances of a specific submarket helps us identify and develop projects that will be successful.
