Formed in 1978, Kaplan Management Company offers fee management services for owners of multifamily properties. Clients have included John Hancock Properties, RTC, Southwest Plan, CW Capital, GE Capital, Torreon Capital (Fortress), Cypress Realty Advisors, CIII, JE Robert, Orix, Berkadia, Oliver McMillan, numerous savings and loans, commercial banks, and several large and small independent owners.
