Led by a group of seasoned professionals, we have more than 40 years of experience in property management and have managed more than 35,000 units in most of the Sun Belt states including Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah and Washington.

Formed in 1978, Kaplan Management Company offers fee management services for owners of multifamily properties. Clients have included John Hancock Properties, RTC, Southwest Plan, CW Capital, GE Capital, Torreon Capital (Fortress), Cypress Realty Advisors, CIII, JE Robert, Orix, Berkadia, Oliver McMillan, numerous savings and loans, commercial banks, and several large and small independent owners.

At Kaplan, we manage every property from an ownership perspective, implementing an individualized, proactive, and strategic approach to achieving targeted financial goals. This is accomplished by employing a systemic management approach that focuses on the way discrete management elements interact to influence overall performance.
